When are earnings going to be announced??? Does any one know when buy out offers are made by suitors??like is it before earning announcements? after announcements? more likely to make offer at lower price per share if earnings are lower? Does volume increase usually support a offer to buy?? there must be investors out ther with compter models on Novell following volume/price that might suggest an offer is around the corner...if companies are on fiscal caledar year basis does it matter when in year offers are made....I would think that for accounting purposes it might be important???
