to PEA-BRAIN JANE! I have read this thread the last two weeks and I am absolutely disgusted with your unnecessary spewing off at others who have a different opinion than your as well as your insults! You seem educated enough and that's why I am surprised at your narrow-mindedness and hatred of others' opinions. Or did they "forcefeed" your education. I personally don't care what you believe in, since everybody seems to need a "CRUTCH" at least once in a while and some of them just use a plain cane!!!!! Regarding Father Terrence's trip to Tibet and what he saw - I have been there too and can confirm the existence of such documents. So before you mouth off, I suggest you jump onto the next plane and check it out for yourself, before giving your silly and totally uncalled for - to say the least - opinions. You are obviously getting all your "WISDOM" from being buried in books and do not know what the real word looks like. You also have no business thrashing other Religions since their cultures existed way before ours!!And that alone shows your narrowmindedness - or is it just plain tunnelvision from being buried in books too long???!!!!!!OR DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR OPINION IS SUPERIOR TO OTHERS< NOW AND BEFORE YOU. (Remember, "the higher they climb, the harder they fall!") As for the Church not wanting to disclose certain facts: It would bust the bubble of most "stout" believers and "their" house of cards so carefully built up would come tumbling down, not to mention the collapse of their "business venture". Yes, I said BUSINESS in case you did not know?? Another "tidbit" you might want to check out or ponder about: I have had a "Cardinal" in my family, who died some years ago.During his lifetime he was privy to read some scripts, kept underneath the Vatican. On his deathbed he admitted that it had shaken his faith considerably, but had to swear an oath never to reveal the things he read - which he kept!!! and was crying as he admitted that to us. Now what would that be??? - I have a pretty good idea. DO YOU???
