A Somethingelsemax would imply that they have a drug discovery effort. The only thing they seem to be able to do is pick up on something else that was discovered by somebody else. Perhaps they can go through the Physicians Desk Reference and find new candidates for Vasomax II.

Even better, they could simply wait 20 years until Viagra goes off patent and then rebadge it with their own label and proclaim themselves victorious. I'm sure the huge revenues rolling in from Mexico and the rest of Latin America will keep their boat afloat until then.
