Regarding the bogus e mail: My position is that someone impersonating Tokyo Mex, with whom I have an association, attempted to mislead me with the intention of causing me financial loss. Just now, my attorney here in Syracuse, New York, called me back after having received my fax of this e mail and a fax of a sample of one of Tokyo Joe's e mails. She asked me if I wanted her to pursue this, for in her estimation this was not a mere prank, rather a serious crime. I said yes, and so she shall be looking into this further. Clearly, the imposter wanted to seriously embarrass Tokyo Mex by causing me, personally, financial harm. I am pissed. The impersonator went too far on this one. Best, Charliss
