OK, I admit it. I collect canned hams. Satisfied? All shapes and varietals, from hither and yon. I Polish their metal vessels. Sometimes I use the can key that I keep around my neck and unlock one of those canned delights, revealing the tender flesh in all its gelatinous glory! Costco has a great everyday or emergency canned ham - 5 lbs for $10. And nothing is better than a rare canned pork confection for wedding and house-warming gifts. You should see the expressions of gratitude that greet you as emotional recipients greedily embrace their big meat. Catharsis. Now I feel better. Btw, I know that Chez Christine is where the SF "Velveet" meet to eat!
