Mr. TEDennis,
I think it would be fair to disclose my sources of information at this time, if only to communicate our overwhelming interest in your upcoming activities, and to demonstrate our sincere interest in FBN. My due diligence people, industrial spies really, have retrieved numerous documents from the dumpster out back of your building. (Yes, we know where your offices are.) While you may consider this a security breach, we of course take the position that it is, after all, publicly accessible.
The investor group that I represent (and on this subject, I can say no more), would of course like to avoid any unnecessary legal processing, as I am sure that you can appreciate. Naturally, any notoriety that may result from this could have adverse consequences.
Due to the magnitude of this opportunity, for both of us, we would greatly prefer to deal directly with you, off of these public threads. Your busy schedule notwithstanding, I think that you will agree, after you have seen our telemarketing operations in New Jersey, that this is a major opportunity. We represent a major mindset.
Looking forward to a fruitful relationship.
