Thomas Jon Swift The license applications are completed by attorneys and then, I am told, they go back and forth with the authorities answering questions, paying fees and awaiting various approvals. After this comes a legal/business conference with the appropriate LEC and a final agreement is hammered out. We should hear about Hawaii in 40 to 60 days. Dal Grauer
