I have suggested that shareholders on this thread sign a proxy to have one member represent all concerned shareholders (on this thread) at this upcoming meeting. As to will I support Crosby and the new team? I would support any team committed to having a definitive game plan that results in future shareholder value.

However, I share some of the concerned shareholders feelings that information has not been forthcoming. If these questions and concerns are addressed, action items and timelines adhered to and a sound plan to do SOMETHING with Venga is in place, I would be foolish not to support the management team.

So if you or Flavio are reasonably local to Montreal and could attend the meeting I would sign a voting proxy of my shares. I would encourage like minded shareholders to do the same.

Atleast we would have:

1) formerly illustrated both our concern and commitment(you never know when this effort might pay off)
2) one voice who asks the questions and receives and disseminates the responses
