One of your member used my EM handle, for my investment club and under the guise of being my self ,,has sent out a bogus buy alert on a penny stock ,,,, many people have bought the stock and have incurred the financial loss..
Following are his bogus mail and reactions from some of the members who are in our investment club.
Kindly remove him/her from your EM prievilieges at same time be advised that this matter has been turned over to law enforcement and we are seeking further legal recourse ..

Thanks for the alert!! I got in at .24. Then I got your alert and got
out with luck at .24. The handle at the top of the message confused me. It
reads Tokyo Mex with a space. The scumbag that did this owes me my E*trade
commissions. I hope none of our club gets really hurt!!
I got so confused with this shit that I sent this message as a reply to

I received this at exactly 9:45am this morning. I thought it was from you
and bought the damn thing at .24. I'm trying to get out right now at .23 but
order isn't getting filled.
This is a major rip off. Not by you but by someone using your email list.
How did they get the email list? I have never posted on si on you thread so
you have someone who used your email list. I'm going to lose money on this .
I sure would like to find out who this is. Got to be some kind of legal
action for you here.
