"stocks x-ing 13 week MA" thread on SI picked up on PERLF today..a James Strauss is the threadmaster over there..he does good work on TA breakouts..you might want to bookmark it.. PERLF looks good FA to me also had GPM of 71% in current quarter and about .75c US in cash... 6.1 million Canadian If they can bring expenses in line alot of the GPM will go to the bottom line...your $3.00 target is way too conservative.. In @ 2 1/32...
