The focus may be better directed towards Zaparra and his current and past relationship with the company.

Did Zaparra or company receive 414,000 shares to promote the company?

What about the $25,000 check from the company? Was it used to move the market value of shares?

Is the company out $50,000?

At this early point I believe the company may be real, but the information must be looked at closely.
