If you check earlier posts.. I called the company earlier today and spoke with Mr. Mendez.. I requested info specifically on the capital structure of the company and the conversation evolved into a general discussion on the company and its business plan...Mr. Mendez indicated that there would be some audited financials coming soon a bit of a pr ramp-up and that a NASDAQ listing were all on the front burner.. I'm new to this stock.. Dusty would be a good source here
