What makes you think that the company even gives a damn about the SEC?
They've lied to investors time and again, is that any valuation of SEC rules? Where in hell did the $2M go, ha? Don't worry, be happy. Lose all you money, don't worry, be happy........Keep it cool dude, keep it really cool. I may not know much about the oil industry but every business is supposed to run like a business and, especially to you, every PUBLIC company needs to be run like a public company. Questions that investors feel are important need and deserve to be answered, even if the answers are not as pleasant as management may hope. Let me know if you want to close this case for good.
