Looks like they may have paid a ten or fifteen million more then they should have, however, strategically this buy makes sense. Monsanto is trying to redefine its image -- and return to basics. In fact Monsanto is company you should all take a close look at. Bunch of stuff in the pipeline. Monsanto is more like a bio/drug stock now.

BMC has a healthy market presence. IMHO this stock is headed higher in the next few months. This company is better run then meets the eye...
