Global Water Technologies and PSI Awarded ADM Contract

DENVER, Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Water Technologies, Inc., (0TC Bulletin Board: GWTR) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Psychrometric Systems, Inc. (PSI), had been awarded a contract from Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) with an approximate value of $3 million.
The contract calls for PSI to supply technology and equipment for cooling water at ADM's Cedar Rapids, Iowa food processing plant. The equipment will be delivered in the first quarter of 1998.
The equipment to be supplied by PSI includes a design capable of reducing the plume exiting the cooling tower fan stack to decrease industrial fog. PSI has installed such technology and equipment at plants around the world, including Amoco's Whiting, Indiana facility and at a power plant in Japan.
