Jon, this not in particular to you. I haven't figured out how to respond to someone other than the last poster unless I go back to the person's post I want to reply to , oh well this will work.

Point> Aleta you are not wrong in your scenario of Lair with the background of Hayton(?), but how would he avoid possible legal hassels unless he parted quickly from the scene and would he not be still held accountable as others were in the SIM lawsuit?

Point> Nobody has addressed Marty's ? either. Why no activity in ESVS. Is this normal for a NASDQ stock?

Point> To any of the pros out there. I read Motley Fool's Investment Workbook after I had aLready borrowed money to invest. They said

1. Don't ever do that.
2. Never ever do that with bb 's
3. Don't get involved in bb's if you are a novice.
4. Don't listen to friends who have can't miss bb stock.

I BROKE THEM ALL!! OH WELL!!! (:-)

But my real question is how do you research or DD? I've been reading post for a month or so and I can see how some of it is done. R there any recommendations you have similar to JOE COPIA'S #4544. That had some good advice on investing so I printed it and refer to it when I get the urge to buy. Had I seen this before my Netz purchase I could enjoy this waiting game alot more comfortably. Any good readings on the subject? I would appreciate the help from all sides.
