A few years ago, I worked across the street from a golf company, in a building that shared a parking lot with a couple of their production facilities. I made a good call on the stock based on parking lot fullness, and made a bundle on call options.

I'm going to be once again working in close proximetry to said golf company, starting on the 1'st.

I will be watching the parking lot carefully! :)
