Global Water Technologies Moves Corporate Headquarters and
Announces Personnel Changes

GOLDEN, Colo., March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- In response to its recent growth, Global Water Technologies, Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: GWTR - news) has announced the relocation of its corporate offices and the expansion of its professional staff.

The company has moved its offices to an architecturally distinctive building in the Denver West Office Park in Golden, CO. The
log cabin-inspired building was formerly the Coleman Company's World Headquarters. According to George Kast, Chairman
and CEO, ''The additional space will allow GWTR and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Psychrometric Systems, Inc. (PSI) and
Advanced Oxidation Technologies, Inc., to continue their growth and expansion plans for 1998.''

The company has announced that Robert L. Tomz has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and Kelli Kast has
re-joined the company as Director of Administration and Associate General Counsel. ''Mr. Tomz and Ms. Kast bring
significant experience in the mergers and acquisitions arena. Their knowledge and expertise will play an important role in our
future plans'' said George Kast. In addition, PSI announced the promotions of Steve D. Adams to Vice President of
Applications and William W. Howard to Vice President of Engineering.

Global Water Technologies, through its subsidiary Psychrometric Systems, Inc., provides process cooling water primarily
through the design, engineering and construction of cooling towers to industrial and manufacturing clients worldwide. Also,
through its recently formed Advanced Oxidation Technologies, Inc. subsidiary, the company will provide customers with
proprietary non- chemical, water treatment systems designed to meet the growing need for environmentally sound water
purification and reclamation worldwide.
