yep About two-thirds of Boeing's 200 engineers assigned to help design the Teledesic satellite-communications project are returning to Boeing because the venture no longer needs them. Teledisic will have about 250 employees after the engineers are gone. Boeing has been worried that the project that was initially expected to cost about $ 9 billion could escalate into a $ 15 billion undertaking.
