It's ok if the price of ATXI goes up... it will be our price when the
deal is done! ;-) This is way cool. A brilliant move by Ira too to
have ATXI acquire FAMH instead of the other way around since this gets
up to the same place but bypasses some of the possible snags with
needing to get reapproved for a listing!!!
