Looking at those dates, many stores start ordering Christmas goods in July, after Sept is often too late to be assured of getting the goods so I assume Intel is working hard to get the new chips delivered. This will be a good excuse for people who want the latest and best, and to be able to run Chrome, to upgrade or buy a new computer.
