CFO Robert Tomz said there are 8 million in the float. i think the guy knows what he is talking about. And looking at the chart the stock is moving up on buying. If an issue was diluted to the point of 250+ million it wouldnt even BUDGE on 1.3M shares! It wouldnt even be at .10 in the first place! It would be more like .010. €á
