com, this is funny. txn is downgraded b/c of their limited exposure to pricing and mu isn't and they have a huge exposure to pricing. those dolts that put mu on their priority list the q before the $00 mm+ debacle must be selling before the downgrades. what pimps and whores... it is hard to be both but the chumpies pull it off...
