SR,

Just speculating.... KE gets into a hissy fit with the BOD, severe enough to take a hike. Now, he must have had a voting block that normally voted yes on anything KE wanted.... Now we hear that 'a private investor', Mr K. (member of the Executive cmty, Audit cmty, Nominating cmty and Ethics and Compliance cmty) and Mr. A (member of the Compensation cmty) are also leaving immediately after the annual meeting... Do you see any nominations to fill their positions? Their leaving is as instantaneous as KE's. IMHO they put up a fight in favor of KE and when it didn't go their way.... they announced they were leaving also.

Big changes coming! JMHO

Ben A.

PS This is positive, in the long run. Dunn is still there and he controls 27M shares.
