This press release is not confusing. Actually, it reads very well. Firamada has simply found a way to move to a Nasdaq listing without all of the hassle. If this agreement goes through as put forth in the press release, FAMH (disguised as ATXI) will immediately begin trading as a Nasdaq stock. This is not just good...this is GREAT! I am going to buy more of both! Dexx
