YES, CVIA is having a sort of reverse merger with WOTD. It is actually a tri-lateral agreement where WOTD will reverse merge with CVIA and then immediately close on its first acquisition.

Jack Arnold will relinquish his role as CEO and take on the role of IR/PR for WOTD. WOTD appears to be based out of Kirkland, WA and was incorporated for the sole purpose of merging with CVIA and acquiring profitable Ma and Pa Oil, Lubrication, and Tire businesses.

The deal is practically done and awaiting the official dotting of the I's and crossing of the t's by legal counsels of all three parties. Jack Arnold has indicated that we are within 10 days (as of yesterday) of closing on the merger and first acquisition.

For more details, go back a week or so in postings for the latest. Sorry you didn't get your question answered sooner. Hope this helps.
