I'm going to stick my neck out here and say something which I can only hope is true. There must be something bigger cooking here with GBU's properties than the information we have available. This is the only reason I can think of as to why PVO would engage in a reverse take over of this sort. Otherwise this thing does not make any sense to me at all. The numbers just don't impress me enough if this were not the case. Or is this just wishful thinking? Only time will tell. As one of you put it, we'll just have to "dig in". . We must remember that PVO was presented with numerous acquisition and JV deals over the past several months. So this deal must have must have its reasons for convincing Mr. Henstridge and his board of directors that this is good for the shareholders of PVO.

Is is not interesting that no shares of GBU traded today although the stock was able to trade at the same time as PVO was. This gives me the impression that their shareholders are not in any rush to sell. At least not for the moment.

These are just my thoughts and are directed to those of you who continue to own PVO. Am I not in any way trying to convince those who do not own the stock that they should consider buying.
