Kevin, there are simply not enough facts presented at this point to enable any of us to explain this in detail. Firamada will gain control of Atrix "subsequent to an agreement now being negotiated." This tells me more details are to come. I will venture to make a couple of obvious points. This deal is great for both companies involved. One gets a stay of execution, and the other gets a great big dose of dianabol. I am interested to see the cut off dates for pricing of the new company.
