Very clean shell...Also, in this case Jack Arnold was very pro-active in finding a suitable merger candidate.

Additionally, in order to raise $$ for the first acquisition, a Reg S offering was made in Jan with the understanding that Jack was looking for long term investors to buy back this debenture.

However, it appears that the Reg S was sold into the float in March and (we've speculated on this thread that it) was bought up (in the open market) by these new long term investors. Hence, the very large volumes with steady price.
