The VP who is leaving is most likely one who didnt get the raise he thought he deserved. I would think a lot of old NETG people are not going to get what they think they deserve and leave. We have to remember, NETG has twice the number of people making have the revenues before the merger. If that division cant make the quarter then the VP who wants to leave shoudnt have to give notice, He should be fired.
