A friend of mine at work who owns some FAMH by the way keeps saying that this is still a reverse split and he's never seen a reverse split turn out good. I'm new to penny stocks and have never encountered a reverse split(merger), can someone explain to me and others on the thread why this won't have the same outcome as a reverse split....... Please ease our minds ;).... Thanx. Dusty
