Hi Ron,

The meeting went well, the name change was approved and the share consolidation was also approved. Now it is in the VSE's hands to stamp their approval. No new name has been issued by MXR as of yet, as they are right now actively pursuing many valued opportunities. The share consolidation will be a maximum of 1 new share for 7 old shares, but could be as low as 1 for 2, or they might not use it at all depending on equity agreements and such. Can't say any more than that, but believe me, the opportunities presented to this company right now are very promising, and the patient investor will be rewarded.
