My biggest concern is that only Firamada has agreed to this
according to the press release and everything else is now still
on the table at Atrix. Their board must approve being dissolved -
and taken over. Now, granted there must be some golden parachutes
that will be falling from the air on this one, but I suspect it may
be a bitter pill to swallow for some loyal long time employee's and
board members.

This deal, according to the press release, appears fragile at best.
Many things are still not known and are subject to speculation.
This will make the street nervous until the deal is finally inked.

Our biggest ace in the hole is IRA. His negotiating skills and ability to even get a deal this close to the table before announcing it bodes well for us. I still have some concerns - given the timeliness of the company in actually achieving or finishing things they start within the time period stated. But, who knows there is a first for everything.

However, given the complexity of this whole deal I am thrilled to
wait on it happening. Name one other company that is going to
give us 1000 percent return on your money in less than a year.

Only in Vegas.
