I have read every press release and SEC filing they have made over the past two years.
I suspected such, leading me to question your recent appearance on the AGTI thread. I'm still a little unclear as to the personal motivation, coincidental with the recent announcements about Tom Nieman, K&B, and so forth. Considering your vested interest in the industry, you must admit -- any AGTI longs should take a guarded view of your objectivity. Real world, real money, high stakes. I do admire your candor and your admission of self involvement, along with your non-abrasive style.
I have provided the thread some facts and some issues to ponder, certainly this is of greater value than a group I'm okay, you're okay session.
I agree, so long as you are willing to disclose full facts and issues. You'll win my respect if you present a balanced view, not a slanted picture designed to discourage investors from AGT.
So I represent the leading competitor, big deal.
This statement says a lot. Caveat emptor.
I'm also curious as to what makes someone such a fanatical shareholder. I'm quite sure that GMTC would love to have you.
I really don't consider myself fanatical, but the term does not offend me. First reason is admitted self interest and self preservation. I am what I am, here to deceive no one, admittedly looking for my investment to appreciate. I occasionally "get off" when I begin to see that the opposition isn't shooting straight.
That's exactly why GMTC will never see a dime of investment from me. I believe those guys play dirty in the trenches, both on SI and in the real world of sales. Am I correct that GMTC has one or more key players who are ex-AGT employees? Shareholders may have disapproved of Bob Silzer for various reasons, but I assure you and everyone else that the man has character and integrity.
I have to leave now, but I'll continue this dialogue over the weekend.
I hope that the information I provide is helpful, even if you only admit it privately, and allows you to analyze the opportunity with more information.
