Latest numbers are one variable that has changed in my mind! I was expecting to see the fruits of the new sales team and didn't see a thing! The only way a finance guy would know that they existed would be by checking out the 67% increase in SG&A! The lawsuit award is another variable that was recently confirmed! Before, it was just another lawsuit given a 50/50 chance of success...it is now an outstanding liability! With the already low cash levels this judgment will precipitate the need to dilute existing shares and/or increase debt! Since neither of these options seem feasible, one cannot discount the possibility of bankruptcy enough! The momentum variable has changed also, a month ago we were looking at a basing pattern at $2.5-$3, now we have people jumping ship below $2 in droves! Do they know something we don't? I doubt it, they are acting on sound research and their gut feeling in bailing out of this sinking ship! I think some of us on this thread need to objectively re-evaluate the prospects of this firm and that's exactly what I'm trying to do now. For the record, I hold no current position and have made a buck or two in the past on FSCX, but after some reflection I'm currently unsure about the viability of the company and am 60% sure I won't buy another dime's worth! However, the power of greed is a very strong one, I might be willing to risk the profit I've made off of FSCX at $1! Peace Star
