News out from AXTI shooting down FAMH's release !!! Even though it is clear FAMH's release states it is awaiting ATXI's approval they thought it nessecary to deny having signed the letter of intent ! They seem to be making Ira look like the fool from the wording of it , saying that they talked with people who said they represented FAMH but it was all still in the preliminary phase ! I have a hunch the negotiations have just begun on this deal because why would the board of ATXI agree to their demise which is what they would be doing if they agree to the terms in FAMH's release. I think all the board members of AXTI will not exactly welcome this clause. They are the ones with the coveted Nasdaq listing which all they would have to do to keep it is a reverse split on their own. So why I ask would they agree to step down if and when FAMH takes control.
