Justin, I have visited your country that is Canida, and I remember more people like Chief there than yourself. Chief can answer more and harder questions than anyone person, if we loose any poster I do not want to loose the chief he would be hard to replace. Really what we are writing about is freshmen and seniors, give the kids a small break before you bestow all of the rights and goodies that comes with time and experience. However the S/I got started by giving free to anyone that would try it out. In our office S/I has been here a long time, look at my profile and you can see that I payed my dues when it was cheaper. That said there is such a thing as being civil to all people, now we all want to make some money and we can by helping one another, not being insulting and using bad english.
