Rich, I almost had a heart attack when I saw that filing. But, luckily, it's not as bad as it sounds. The official word from ALYD is that they are still hoping to file on-time. Because today was the filing deadline for an extension, the legal guys there wanted one filed to protect themselves in case they needed it. What has me puzzled is that, as Tech Master noted, ALYD does NOT intend to restate past results. So why can't they ever seem to get their accounting straight? - Jeff
