Mike, Also note that an recent filing by NETZ's "partner" ESVS states that NETZ will have audited financials within 45 days of the above-mentioned filing, which was March 16th. I believe Aletha calculated a date of April 30th. I would be willing to bet on the later date, but anything is possible. wildbill
