.....Ira did not have to respond to anyone. Further, he erred in the wording, and possibly the timing of this release.

.....Such a release is best handled, when both parties jointly make a release that is positive for both sides.

.....I would further suggest that, if no one at FAMH, or their PR firm, knows how to write, that they may wish to obtain a copy of Word for Windows 7, and use the spell/grammar check.
