Ira did not have to respond to anyone. Further, he erred in the wording, and possibly the timing of this release. Yes I concur Ira did not HAVE to do anything, but at this point this is starting to get like a MANO on MANO conforntation of one-upmenship between the 2 of them (INTHEFLESH and LITTLE ENGINE), and I really feel thats what happened. Ever notice how strongly they react to each other? Lots of emotion. Why release the info today if they havent even gotten approval from the other side? From ATXI press release it sounds like they havent even met with Ira himself. Their statement says : Chief Executive Officer did confirm that the Company has had discussions with individuals claiming to represent Firamada, but he characterized those discussions as preliminary. DISCUSSIONS WITH INDIVIDUALS CLAIMING TO REPRESENT FIRAMADA? He doesnt even know for sure if they are from FAMH? That is scary. Funny thing is, 90% of FAMH shareholders are off celebrating the good news, because they havent seen the ATXI release yet. Bracing himself, Mark
