Sure they did, Buckeye, but ATXI's CEO's foolhardy press release denying a deal after closing today might just kill all of his shareholders still long. I posted a couple of hundred messages back that the premature identification of the merger partner by LE would damage the negotiations. That discovery prompted a 100% runup on their very weak and about to be delisted shares, diminishing our strength in the 4:1 exchange ratio. So it was written. Hell! Luck to all of us Monday morning.
