Amigos and Amigas, ATPX UPDATE.

From my conversation with Focus Partners, IR for ATPX, earlier today:
THE 10K:
10k is delayed as it is still being worked on. I do not anticipate any negatives in the upcoming 10k. As a matter of fact, I look forward to positive suprises.
NEWS RELEASES:
I asked if we can anticipate news releases regarding the Stevenson deal and the Honda fuel tank contract. Bernadette said the same thing that Harvey said to me, that both of these deals will be included in the shortly to be released 10k. I again asked for news releases for these two contracts. The Stevenson deal was started prior to the merger and that could be the reason for no news release, but the deal was renewed after the merger and I feel that it is newsworthy. The Honda fuel tank deal is new and I do not understand why it is not being publicised. These two deals should be two separate press releases. I will continue to insist that press releases be issued.
ANALYST COVERAGE:
Hoak Breedlove is currently the only analyst offering coverage on ATPX. The price target and earnings for ATPX is going to be upgraded. I forgot to ask when we can expect the new research.
Focus has also been in contact with other analysts and is about to start a concentrated effort to attract institutional interest.
NASDAQ LISTING:
Co. has not heard from NASDAQ as of today. I do not think that this red tape will take much longer.
TRADE SHOW:
All five divisons of ATPX will be presenting at the Composite Industry trade show in Calif. in April.
All in all, it was an exciting day for ATPX. ONE TRADE!!!!!! YEEHHAAA!!!!! Remember folks, you saw it here. Upcoming NASDAQ listing, Analyst upgrade and possibly additional analyst
coverage, two new major contracts announcements (Honda and Stevenson) and I forgot to mention, the stock is selling at a 40% discount. That's all.
