Well, sort of. Deep UV using Hg bulbs has been around for along time.
Also, I remember last year Cymer was limiting it's list to customers
with systems in production. I don't know if that is true this year
or not. If so, then remember, 0.25um production started only last
fall which explains the small size of the list in October vs. now.

I suspect that US DUV efforts have been at least as strong as the
Asian companies efforts. Remember the Koreans and Japanese are
heavily in DRAM, and i-line extension into 0.25um for DRAM is much
easier that i-line extension in 0.25um for logic ICs.
