With this crazy market everything is a buy, take a look at ABDE post an earning 25% below estimate, revenue decline sequentially with nothing to go forward to and today get upgraded by Alex Brown. Even Triquint get upgrade to outperform when they suppose to report around 0.18 EPS after being revise down to 0.11. Nowaday, these upgrade is a joke, as a mean for the institutional to off load their shares. My prediction is that we all going to get a wake up call in mid April.
