If we repeatedly infer that the company has no compensation for the shareholders, why would you think we are working for RMIL? That doesn't even make sense.
As far as the "class action lawsuit", we have a company that, at the present time, has no assets. What's the point? Even if we win,we get nothing. That's nothing, as in ZERO! The only hope we have is for this company to go on and to complete a merger, even if it is not with RCMW. That would not be facilitated with a class action lawsuit around its neck
Where did you ever hear of a class action lawsuit that really got anything for the plaintiffs? It's a nice term to flip around, kind of like "you idiot".
BTW, if you don't like our self-absorbed senses of humor, there is always <NEXT> . We are, at least, entertaining each other. You, on the other hand, don't even make sense.
