Dunn has seen his net worth decrease by 27M x 9.5 or more over the past several months.... he has a very vested interest in getting someone in place who can turn things around. At this juncture, change from the current direction is imperative. Dunn may not have 'the plan' but he knows that what has been going on hasn't produced share appreciation. He is the COB and has a fiduciary responsibility to each and every shareholder to maximize their investment through the success of the company. The ones staying have stated that they are working on a way to fundamentally change the direction of IOM... Ben A.
