IMO "ATXI shareholders vote not to double their money." "NOT" Big guys "ATXI CEO" got money. ATXI shareholders"Little guys" have a chance to double their investment. ATXI SHOULD have to have shareholders approval. Sapper isn't real intelligent, but this SHOULD be a NO-Brainer. Learned a valuable lesson here this week.
