So, if I understand this right, the "leveraged money" is a way to circumvent the low current DCI stock price. That is, if we acquired companies using stock primarily, we would have to shell out a disproportionately large number of shares due to the low price. And this would really drag down the "price per share" in the final buyout. If the stock price was a better reflection of the actual value of the company, then it might be a better option than the leveraged money. Is that right?? Thanks.
