Slotman,

Yes, I took it to be fortunate timing that they had a contract
come together just at the right time. I also wrongly believed
that our negotiations were behind it to show that the company
had some viability in its own right and to kill the notion that
the mystery company was them. Remember, that announcement came out
the day LE broadcasted the identity. Those observations were
wrong. It was probably a leverage by Atrix, albeit feeble, to
show FAMH they could stand on their own. If they can, well I am
of the opinion we can walk away if things don't suit the best
interests of FAMH at this time. We want a NASDAQ listing - we
desire one but don't need one. We only need a viable thriving
business that continues to produce revenues.
